within 8 or 12 hours of receiving your email. To keep the program as
much bug free as possible, we provide free email support for all our
products to all users including trial users, but give preference to
our paying customers though.
We no longer offer a telephone number for customers. Sorry but we
are an Internet only business and found when we offered a phone
number that most calls were general enquiries that should be
addressed to the software developers, but not to our agents so we
have withdrawn it. We route all your email messages very promptly
to the nearest available specialist so your questions will be
answered almost immediately.
As for ordering, we offer a telephone-based ordering service you
can use if you do not want to pay online. You will find the list
